Information you give us
When you enquire, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, business information and the service or follow-up problem you describe. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive customer records in an enquiry.
After a separate written agreement, our service setup form also collects your selected service, business and approver details, the agreed scope or proposal reference, links to approved assets and any account-invitation notes. Please use account invitations to grant access; do not submit passwords or payment-card details.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to assess your request, respond, prepare a proposed scope and manage any resulting business relationship. If you request a resource or preview, we use the relevant details to handle that request and explain the next step. Submitting an enquiry does not start a paid service or book a meeting. Details needed for an agreed service are discussed during onboarding.
Submitted setup details are stored in HighLevel for Essa to review against your written agreement. Sending the setup form does not approve new charges, change your agreed scope or start work.
Optional marketing
Permission to reply to a request is separate from optional marketing. Where we offer an email-marketing choice, it is optional. You can unsubscribe from marketing using the message instructions or contact [email protected]. We may keep a minimal record of your preference so it can be respected.
Website and service providers
Our website and enquiry forms use HighLevel/LeadConnector. Enquiry details are stored in the connected customer-management system and used by SkillsDock to respond and manage follow-up. Hosting, email and analytics providers may process information on infrastructure outside Australia, including the United States. The specific systems used for an agreed client service are addressed during scoping and onboarding.
General enquiry information is also held on a restricted Hostinger VPS to keep the original request and its routing status, and to create an owner task and service-pipeline card for review. Service setup submissions use a separate HighLevel form and owner-review workflow.
Cookies and analytics
Essential functions remember cookie choices and support the website and forms. The enquiry platform may also process technical information, such as device and browser details, to operate and protect its forms.
HighLevel uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help reduce automated spam on our general enquiry form. Its invisible check runs in the background and processes verification signals, including your IP address, browser and connection information, and the website origin. Cloudflare uses these signals to block bots and improve bot detection. This security check is separate from optional analytics and advertising, and remains active when you choose Essential only. Read Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy notice.
Optional Google Analytics measures visits and actions when you allow analytics. Its cookies, including names beginning with _ga, can last up to two years. Our analytics setup is designed not to send your name, email, phone number or enquiry text to Google Analytics. Advertising personalisation is not enabled in this website analytics setup.
When you allow analytics and begin a general enquiry form, we use a new random form-session reference and the time you started to measure form completion. The analytics event includes that reference, start time, page, entry service and approved campaign labels. The reference may be matched to your submitted enquiry in SkillsDock’s internal reporting; it is not anonymous. Your name, email, phone and typed enquiry answers are not included in this analytics event. Withdrawing analytics stops new measurement and clears the pending reference from the form; it does not recall events already sent to Google.
Optional Meta advertising measurement
On the free website preview, preview application and enquiry status pages, you can separately allow Meta advertising measurement in Cookie choices. It is off until you allow it. Accepting website analytics or email marketing does not give this permission, and declining it does not affect your enquiry.
When allowed, Meta’s Pixel measures page visits and a Lead event after the embedded enquiry form confirms a submission. Meta can receive the page URL and referring site, browser and device information, IP address, cookie identifiers and a Meta ad-click identifier when present. We do not include your name, email address, phone number, enquiry answers or customer-management contact ID in these advertising events. This browser measurement is not anonymous.
Use Cookie choices in the footer of the free website preview, preview application or enquiry status page to change this separate advertising choice. Essential only on those pages turns it off. Our advertising choice is saved for up to 180 days; short-lived browser records help avoid counting the same confirmed submission again. Turning it off stops our new advertising events and clears our pending Lead record and the Meta cookies our code can remove. It does not recall events already sent to Meta. Clearing website storage also removes your saved choice.
You can reopen the advertising choice on the free website preview page. Meta processes received information under its own privacy policy. These website events do not start a paid service or authorise optional email marketing.
Choices saved in this browser tab
Our brief chooser uses session storage in the current browser tab to remember your selected service, readiness choice, step and page. These categorical choices are treated as expired after 30 minutes without a saved chooser change. They are not a submitted enquiry. The chooser does not save your name, email address, phone number or written project brief.
Use Clear my choices in the chooser to remove those saved choices. Closing the tab ends its normal session storage. Details entered into the separate HighLevel enquiry form are handled by that form and its provider; Clear my choices does not erase a submitted enquiry or clear the provider’s form.
Submission receipts and reminder preferences
Separately, the page keeps a small record of an accepted form submission: service, form identifier and time. It is used for up to 30 minutes to show the appropriate confirmation and suppress further enquiry prompts. It contains no name, email, phone number or project text.
To maintain the enquiry journey, current-tab storage may also retain an allowed landing-page path, original service and approved campaign labels for up to 30 minutes. Recovery prompts use a separate timestamp to limit repeat prompts for up to 24 hours within that tab session. These records are separate from optional Google Analytics and do not themselves submit your details to SkillsDock.
Your cookie choices
Choose Essential only to decline optional analytics, or use Preferences to select your choice. Use Cookie choices in the footer to reopen preferences and withdraw optional analytics consent. You can also remove this website’s cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential functions may affect the site or forms.
Our own cookie-choice settings are stored for up to 180 days unless you change or remove them earlier. Accepting analytics does not grant advertising consent.
Access, correction, deletion and concerns
Email [email protected] if you want to access or correct information you provided, request deletion or raise a privacy concern. Include enough detail to locate your enquiry; please do not send extra sensitive information. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
We will review the request and explain the action we can take, including any records needed for an ongoing service, legal obligation or dispute. If you are dissatisfied, let us know so the concern can be reviewed. Keeping information
We retain information for the enquiry and service purposes described here, and where needed for records or legal obligations. You can contact us if you no longer want us to follow up an enquiry.
