Does this work for my trade?
I work with Australian trade businesses that already receive enquiries and send quotes. You’ll need someone to handle replies and keep job statuses current. I confirm the setup details during onboarding.
What exactly does it cost?
Join by 6 November 2026 for A$299/month + GST (A$328.90 including GST), with $0 setup. Your A$299 monthly service fee stays locked in while your subscription remains active. Your first month is paid at signup. Phone, SMS and email usage are extra. The rate for new customers from 7 November is A$399/month + GST. Extra integrations or work outside the package are quoted separately.
Will this bring me new leads?
This package follows up the enquiries and quotes you already have. Advertising, lead generation, SEO and a new website are outside this package.
Can I keep my current phone number and tools?
I check your current phone setup, number and quoting tools during onboarding. Missed-call replies require an agreed compatible phone setup. I confirm what can connect and quote any work outside the package before that extra work begins.
Will the messages sound like me?
Yes. You approve the wording and timing before launch. We agree how your team takes over, where replies go and how customer opt-outs are respected.
Do I have to book a sales call?
No. Choose your subscription online, then complete your setup details. I’ll follow up by email to work through the setup with you.
What happens when a customer replies or accepts a quote?
We agree and test the stop rules before launch. A reply, closed quote, opt-out or human takeover stops the relevant sequence. Your team handles the conversation and keeps the agreed statuses updated.
What do you need from me?
Your business details, enquiry and quote process, access to the agreed tools, approved messages, and a team member responsible for replies and status updates. I confirm the full setup checklist after signup.
